Kona Bowls Superfoods

Stopped by for a drink and wasn't dissapointed. This is a cute little spit in Golden. Truly a ray of Hawaii sunshine in the middle of the Rockies. The decor reminded me of the small local shops you find throughout Oahu, on North Shore as well as Makaha and Waikiki. My only dissapointed was that they had no lilikoi on the menu. Would love to have that flavor on the menu somewhere. I feel like it's hard to represent HI without it. The coconut milk is also not a good choice if you're staying away from gums. Would prefer if they used a brand like Califa that has zero added ingredients to their coconut milk. But, my drink was delicious. The staff was very helpful with ingredients as well as suggestions. It would also be nice to see some HI local ingredients, like some Kona coffee, chocolate, or other food items. Will stop by again when I'm in the area and try more items.

Sunday funday! Went in and was blown away by the the menu! Had no idea they hada great lunch combo specials (which I will be back for). I went with the cacao aci bowl Beautiful Rebeckah the server asked if I wanted protein powder, which I did! Fast service! And a great view of golden, a stud and my favorite bowl!

Absolutely amazing and delicious! I ordered the Volcano bowl: spicy ahi tuna, avocado, jalapeño, seaweed salad, edamame (to replace crispy onions), sesame seeds, Sriracha mayo. Base: half white rice, half quinoa Very fresh ingredients!

Awesome food. Wide variety of food selections especially for vegan and vegetarians. The lady in the kitchen was very friendly. The order was made very well. The restaurant looks very bright due to the nice wall paintings. Will visit again when get chance to visit Golden.

On my first visit to Kona Bowls I was nervous about the price of food. However, the food is very nigh quality and well worth it! I had the cacao bowl with the island time juice and they both tasted fresh and delicious! Also, the employees were very helpful and kind. Janessa was very welcoming and recommended the cacao bowl and adding protein powder. Overall I would recommend this place and return soon!

Aliana truly cares about doing a good job and it shows. She’s patient, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I had a great experience with her. When I walked in, she greeted me kindly, and made sure my modifications were very precise! The food was great, i think the smoothie was a bit bland, but still tasty! I’m sure it’s due to the fact that it’s fresh fruit and not fruit flavoring!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Aliana really deserves the recognition. From the moment I got there I noticed how careful and respectful she was with everything. She was constantly cleaning her area and putting on fresh gloves, which I really appreciated because you don’t see that level of attention everywhere these days. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but once it was my turn Aliana took her time and didn’t rush through anything, yet still worked efficiently. She explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and was very polite the whole time. You can tell she has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing things properly. It’s nice to see someone young working that hard. I would gladly come back and recommend Aliana to others!

We stopped by Kona Bowls during Goldens in Golden, and it was definitely worth the visit! While the restaurant was busy, the service was impressively quick. A special shout out to Tucker for recommending the Colorado bowl. It was amazing, with a great combination of flavors and fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back!
